If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please reach out to us ASAP so that we can replace it for you or offer a refund. Photos are greatly appreciated so that if there is an issue with the product, we can send such issues to the sellers or distributors that the items came from. Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items to ensure no damage occurred during shipping.
We offer refunds in the form of store credit and will only accept exchanges/refunds within 30 days of receiving the order. Refunds for damaged/defective items can be sent directly to the card used to place the order. Others will be issued in the form of a gift card. Exchanges can be mailed back to My Oyster, but shipping costs will need to be covered. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Sale items are non-returnable. This includes any item that has been marked down from its original price. All markdown items are final sale.
