In placing an order to be shipped, we charge a standard handling fee of $15. This covers us for any packaging necessities- such as wrapping glassware, delicate items, large items, and other miscellaneous extras. We want you to receive your order safely, demonstrating care and beauty! Of course, heavier and larger items will cost more to ship than small, lightweight items. For this reason, we have set different shipping options for different products. When placing your order, be sure to note the shipping costs (especially for home goods). We deliver to just about anywhere in the "mainland" U.S., or elsewhere, depending on shipping prices. If you are unsure about whether or not we ship to your area, send us an email or send us an Instagram/Facebook message before completing your order. If you place an order during the summer season, you can select the pick-up option if you would like! Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for us to receive, process and prepare your order. You will receive a notification when the order is ready for pickup. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please reach out to us ASAP so that we can replace it for you or offer a refund. Photos are greatly appreciated so that if there is an issue with the product, we can send such issues to the sellers the items came from. Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items to ensure no damage occurred during shipping. We offer refunds in the form of store credit and will only accept exchanges/refunds within 30 days of receiving the order. Refunds for damaged/defective items will be sent directly to the card used to place the order. Others will be issued in the form of a gift card. Exchanges can be mailed back to My Oyster, but shipping costs will need to be covered. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Online payment methods include credit and debit cards (must be issued in the U.S.). We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Card payment may be combined with gift card payments. For pickup orders, we accept cash in-store, but we will charge a $15 preparation fee as we would for online orders. Your personal details will never be shared. However, we may process your personal information to contact you about your order, which includes updates on processing the order, shipment, and any assistance you request. Protecting your personal information is important to us. We use industry standard technology to protect the security of your personal information. Yet, data shared on the Internet is never guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we are committed to protecting your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted to us. Our secure payment processing system stores your information in a reliable system to be linked to only you and your orders.
